The Thyroid Disease Model has normal Thyroid Gland showing its location around the trachea, including larynx. Three thyroid models also show the following diseases: Hashimoto's thyroiditis (lymphocytic thyroiditis), Graves' disease and papillary carcinoma. Additionally, the model displays the hyoid bone, thyroid membrane, thyroid cartilage, cricoid cartilage, and trachea. This model and its accompaniments are great for patient education, as well as advanced medical school study.
