A pair of wearable wound simulation that represents through-and-through gunshot to the leg. The device has both the entrance and exit wound, allowing trainees to identify and practice the packing of the wound with gauze. It wraps around an actor or manikin and attaches with hook and loop fastener. Blood tubing is integrated to easily create simulated blood flow, providing realism for the training scenario.
